Perhaps some of you have noticed that we've been slacking in the tip department. The last couple of weeks have been particularly busy around the farm. But we will resume this week with something that helps Ruth prepare meals during the very busy weeks on the farm.
These chicken dump recipes are a collection of chicken marinades/sauces that can be prepared in a batch and frozen. Then on a busy day we just throw it together with some breasts, thighs, or drumsticks into the crock pot and have great tasting chicken for supper. Use these recipes as a good starting point but any slow cooker recipe (or oven) that you can pre chop, mix and freeze works great, with or without the meat already added.
