Ever have troubles getting farm fresh hard boiled eggs to peel easily? Try pressure cooking them! All you have to do is place your eggs in a steamer basket inside your pressure cooker (Instant Pot or otherwise) with 2+ cups of water, set it to cook for 3 min, release the pressure as soon as the time is up and chill your eggs!
