Tuesday's Tip: Food Mills

This week's tip comes from a customer of mine. I was given a food mill today (by a different customer, many thanks!) And the next customer in line told me that food mills work very well for making pierogi filling! I've wanted to make pierogies for a long time, handy to know this trick now!!
